Shipping & Returns

The website offers its customers two options for receiving the purchased product:

1. Home delivery through a shipping company.

2. Self-pickup.

Shipping charges will be added to the final bill. The shipping charges incurred will be displayed to you upon final confirmation of the order details.

If the selected delivery service is self-pick-up, it will only be available on specified days and times, and by appointment,  self-pick-up times are 2-5 working days from the date of order. 
 

Orders will be fulfilled once the purchase process is completed, provided that the order is placed within the specified business hours as defined on the product page, and subject to the availability of a valid credit card owned by the customer that can be charged and cleared in Israel, and subject to approval by the credit card company that issued it.
 

The company utilizes third-party payment processing services, and therefore, the company has limited control over the payment authorization process. If the user's credit card is not valid, or the credit card company does not authorize the transaction, the company will contact the user to complete the transaction or cancel it.

As long as you confirm that the products to be delivered will be placed and left near your door or in another location adjacent to you, the responsibility for the products is solely yours. In any case of theft, damage, or any other claim related to this, you will have no claim or demand against the company.
 

For the avoidance of doubt, "business days" for the purpose of this agreement are defined as Sunday through Thursday, excluding eve of holidays, and weekends.
 

The company will make every effort to ensure that the products you ordered are delivered to you on time. However, there may be cases where delivery is delayed due to reasons beyond the company's control. The company's failure to meet delivery deadlines will not exempt the user from the obligation to pay for the order.

Cancellation of an order will be allowed up to, and no later than, 4 hours from the time of payment on the website for the order. the cancellation will be made via WhatsApp or email as presented in our contact page.  In such a case, the company reserves the right to charge the user a cancellation fee of up to  5% of the purchase value or a flat fee of 100 ₪ - whichever is lower. subject to legal requirements.

In the event of canceling a purchase transaction for any reason after the product has been dispatched to the user, Given that its packaging has not been opened, the user shall be entitled to cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date of receiving the item by returning the product to the studio address specified on the website. In such a case, the refund amount will be subject to deduction of shipping fees, and additionally, a deduction of up to  5% of the purchase value or a flat fee of 100 ₪ - whichever is lower - will apply to the refund.  subject to legal requirements.

Lower parts of swimwear are eligible for return or exchange only in case the hygiene patch wasn't removed from the swimwear

It will be possible to return or exchange the upper part of a swimwear. In this case, the user will be responsible for returning the product to the address specified on the website. Receipt of credit and/or exchange capability is subject to the completeness of the product received by the company.

In case there is a discrepancy between the products you ordered and those delivered to you, you must report it to the company immediately and no later than 12 hours from the moment you become aware of it. Failure to do so will be considered as waiving your claim.
 

It is clarified that the return of products and cancellation of orders will be carried out in accordance with the law, including the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, the Sale Law, 1968, and the Credit Card Charges Law, 1986, and/or according to the company's policy, as determined from time to time.
